What fantastic, creative work Room 8. It makes me want to go out and start animating.
I missed the launch of these animations on Friday afternoon when you presented all your camp work to parents. They are fantastic! Congratulations to each one of you for the high quality of your work and to your enthusiatic teacher who went to the animation workshop at the Waikato art museum and then planned this work. Great effort! Our term is all about creativity. Here we have creative kids and a creative teacher. This is a first for Hillcrest and just shows what we can do when blending elearning Irene Cooper
Room 8 what wonderful animations! I love how the people on the slide end up under the water, how your music matches what you are doing and your intricate movements. Well done Mrs Scarsbrook
Hi Room 8! Wow I love your animations! They are so clever and you really thought of every little movement of each character. I love the one who falls out of the kayak and you just see his feet at the end! I would love to try making animations in my own classroom someday. I have just finished my second practicum at Tauranga Intermediate and we made comic strips last week on the Ipads, which was lots of fun! Its great how we can use technology in the classroom, isn't it?! Have a lovely holiday Room 8:-) Miss Porter
